Your future role within QRT
You will be working as a desk-focused developer within a new and growing team of Systematic Quant Macro Researchers.
- Helping build, productionise, and manage the research tools and custom function libraries
- Helping guide "best practice" amongst the researchers
- Collaborating with researchers on more technically complex projects
- Take ownership of research infrastructure
- Liaising with technologists and developers firm wide to ensure successful collaboration and leveraging of existing tools and technologies
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer
- Python language expertise is a must
- Relational Database Experience beneficial
- Ability to multitask, set project priorities and work in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Experience working in a systematic research environment would be beneficial
