We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in or around St Austell.

Day to Day:

Working with a public sector contractor.  We are looking for an experienced QS to work with a repairs & maintenance team, delivering various planned and reactive work streams in the South West.  Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.

• Full commercial responsibility of financials on repairs 
• Estimating cost of jobs
• Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
• Liaising with site teams to keep jobs on track

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial.
• Experience of planned and reactive contracts.
• Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
