Responsibilities
• Be a team player and learn all aspects of mechanical, electrical systems, and general construction.• Take ownership and responsibility for defined scope of work.• Measure from plan drawings and produce detailed bills of quantities.• Track costs and labor throughout the project.• Prepare construction cost plans and track costs and labor efficiency.• Provide timely and accurate CCS submissions each month.• Prepare valuation and payment certifications each month.• Prepare cash flow submissions each month.• Ensure final account is agreed within project timeline.• Manage subcontract packages, contracts, and final accounts.
Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role.• Experience in Pre Fabrication role is beneficial.• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
