The role of the Quantity Surveyor will involve:
*Travelling to sites (nationwide) when required providing a presence on site, liaising with site managers, project managers and reporting into directors regarding programs and project time scales being met.
*Estimate materials, support with tendering and winning projects, carry out valuations, measurements and other duties
*Managing project finances, costs and providing regular updates to the project team by assisting in the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:
*Degree in Quantity Surveyor equivalent and a strong background working on civil engineering projects with a focus on buried utilities
*Driving licence
*Happy to travel nationwide to projects when required
