An attractive opportunity for Quantity Surveyors or Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

A main contractor within the North East region with a strong presence in delivering repairs and maintenance, refurbishment and sustainability projects to a range of clients in the NE.  
Role
Quantity Surveyors at various levels are required to join the commercial team to deliver multiple projects. The role offers Quantity Surveyors the opportunity to quickly run their own smaller value projects from start to finish, so it is an excellent learning ground for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The role involves the full gamut of QS activities including subcontract tendering and procurement, site remeasurement and recording variations, payments, CVRS, valuations, and final accounts. 
Experience Required
This role will appeal to a Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience preferably, keen to work for a large and successful contractor within the North East. Candidates with less experience to offer will ideally be degree qualified in a relevant subject.
Remuneration
Salary dependant on experience, car allowance, 25 days' holiday _+ bank holidays, company pension scheme, hybrid working.
