An exciting, growing, consultancy firm is looking for their next hard working, motivated and diligent Quantity Surveyor. You could join a very friendly and close-knit team working on a variety of projects within the industrial, education and residential sectors.
You will join a progressive firm who fully support development and encourage their people!
Quantity Surveyor Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the property market from a consultancy or client side background
- RICS accredited degree in a relevant construction or property discipline
- Chartered with the RICS or actively working towards.
- Previous experience delivering within the industrial or education (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skill
- Numeracy skills
- Report writing
- Presentation skills
- Proven track record at the appropriate level
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Pre and Post contract services
- Attend site meetings
- Produce documents to tender
- Contract Administration
- Valuations
- Cost Management
