Quantity Surveyor

My client is a leading Fit-Out Contractor, specialising in delivering high-end fit out and refurbishment projects across London. With a strong reputation for excellence and a great portfolio of commercial and prime residential developments, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.

As a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in fit out and refurbishment, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost efficiency, and delivering within budget. This role will involve collaboration with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to guarantee the successful completion of projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire cost life cycle of fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide accurate financial information to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Expertise in commercial and prime residential developments.
• Track record of managing projects with a value of up to £15 million.
• Strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cost management.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
