Form of workA Partner led, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an intelligent, client facing, Quantity Surveyor who is interested or has experience of working on high end residential projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multidisciplinary team of quantity and building surveyors who work predominantly on projects across London and the Southeast.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Partner on an array of luxury, high end residential projects, where each project is different.
The new Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to work closely with another Partner who focuses in the interesting world of monitoring surveying.
The Quantity Surveyor
An ideal opportunity for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor seeking a nurturing and supportive consultancy outside of London.
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
- 2+ years PQS/consultancy experience
- Able to commute to London or Surrey
- Engaging, honest, hard working personality
- Pre and post contract experience
- Working towards MRICS or Chartered
