AddressTS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in the North West who are now actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor.
You will have experience a Team of Surveyors as well as experience of working large scale projects.
Responsibilities:
§ Manage the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
§ Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
§ Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
§ Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
§ Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
§ Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
§ Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
§ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
§ Experience working within social housing on planned work/kitchens and bathroom projects.
§ Strong leadership and communication skills.
§ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
§ Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
§ Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
