Position Overview: As a Civils Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Your expertise will contribute to the success of projects that shape the infrastructure of the South, making a lasting impact on the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information for precise estimations.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes, negotiating to secure competitive rates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, material costs, and construction methodologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance project success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Civils Estimator in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum
