Job Title: Quantity Surveyor- Commercial & Industrial New Build

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for commercial and Industrial New Build projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget.
• Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide advice on cost-saving strategies and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying for commercial and Industrial New Build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
