SalaryAstute’s Renewables team is partnering with a leading company within an EV and ICP connection company to recruit a Quantity Surveyor, hybrid working with the occasional site visits across the South.
The strategically important Quantity Surveyor role comes with a salary of �45,000- �55,000.

Responsibilities and duties
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, will be responsible for:
* Working in collaboration with the project managers to make sure projects meet financial and commercial targets.
* Complete accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
* Support in the completion of valuations.
* Monitor payments for sub-contractors and suppliers.
* Work closed with the Commercial Manager to maximise the recovery of contractual entitlements
* Attend project reviews.
* Working with the project manager to completed project handovers.
* Take a lead on the creation and change of processes and roll out for future projects.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Experience with NEC and JCT contracts
* Technical or Commercial degree (desirable)
* 3 years' experience in a similar position
* Technical understanding of MV and HV projects
Personal skills
The Quantity Surveyor role would suit someone who is:
* Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building
* Able to work effectively on multiple projects at once.
