Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in the Residential and Care Home Sector, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management:

  • Overseeing quantity surveying aspects throughout the lifecycle of Residential and Care Home projects.

• Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Implementing robust budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.

• Contract Administration:

  • Managing contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborating effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and project success.

• Industry Expertise:

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the Residential and Care Home construction sector.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• 5-15 years of dedicated quantity surveying and construction industry experience.
• Proven expertise in the Residential and Care Home Sector.
• Bsc (Hons) in Construction, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) is preferable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency with COINS, showcasing an ability to leverage advanced tools for streamlined project management.
