SALARY: £45,000 - £65,000 + Package

The Role:

A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the business on a permanent basis. You will undertake all duties associated with a Quantity Surveyor from initial package procurement through to final accounts. You will likely manage the financials of 2 projects, depending on size. You will be required to make sure projects are on budget and savings are made where possible.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential projects
• Undertaken commercial duties from start to finish on residential projects
• A strong and stable CV showing longevity and progression with employers
• Further related education, such as a Quantity Surveying degree

It is desirable to have:

• Knowledge of groundworks packages
