Are you a Quantity Surveyor, looking for a varied and autonomous role within a tight-knit but industry-leading company, offering hybrid working, study support towards your Chartership, and the chance to build your own department?
Within this diverse position, you will oversee project surveys, complete contract value reconciliations, attend client and project meetings and provide cash and invoicing forecasts. You will work across residential, Industrial, health, and commercial sectors.

This role will suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to become chartered within a market-leading company offering hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, and an autonomous working environment.
The Role:
* Conduct project surveys, complete contract value reconciliations
* Attend client and project meetings across Dublin and Omagh
* Study support towards becoming chartered
* Monday - Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4:30 (Hybrid working)
