An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking to work for an industry leading company where you will play a key role on major projects.
Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background? Would you like to work for growing company at the forefront of their industry?
This industry leading company provide construction related services to the healthcare sector. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and are currently in a period of rapid growth, with a number of high value projects in the pipeline. Due to this, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expert team.
In this role you will be tasked with managing costs for a range of projects around the UK. This will involve developing the supply chain, managing factory orders, and forecasting. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to spend around 50% of your time on sites around the UK, so you must be happy with this level of travel.
This role you would therefore suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role on major projects around the UK.
The Role:
- Managing project costs
- Developing the supply chain
- Overseeing factory orders
- Covering sites around the UK
- £40,000 - £50,000 + Car + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
- Experience as a QS
- Background in construction
- Happy for regular UK wide travel
