TS Recruitment are actively working with a Drylining Contractor based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join the experienced team

Benefits

-   Basic salary circa £40-50,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:

-   Manage labour costs on site

-   Subcontract wages

-   Payment applications

-   Cost value reports.

-   Complete final accounts.

-   Ensure projects are completed within budget.

-   Work closely with the Commercial Director and support the Trainee QS.

Knowledge/Experience:

-   Commercial experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.

-   Drylining or Subcontract experience

-   Preferably degree educated.

-   Good IT and numerical skills.

-   Full UK driving license
