Our client, an engineering and manufacturing expert is now expanding and is looking for a Quantity Surveyorto join their established team.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the busy drawing office and project teams
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor
- To support a very busy Project Management function.
- You will provide cost data for all elements of a Project. Evaluating time, labour costs, and expenditure across all project disciplines
- Facilitate effective decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the Project.
- Analyse Cost V’s budget data from the ERP system
- Reporting and communicating the results of the report details to Project Managers
- Problem-solve and create action plans with the Project Managers as required.
- Advise on contractual issues to help ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
- Must be a great, communicator who has clear written and verbal skills.
- AssocRICS or MRICS desirable
- Great problem solver, and solutions provider
- Tenacious and driven.
- Strong IT Skills
- Some knowledge of construction
