Progress your career as a Quantity Surveyor for a specialist contractor that will give you the opportunity to grow a team around you and progress into a commercial manager position. You'll work on large scale projects across the commercial sector and see constant opportunities to learn and develop your skills and progress to senior management.

Established over 15 years ago this construction contractor specialises in cladding and roofing and have built a reputation that has sustained their continuous success. As Quantity Surveyor you'll have an active presence on sites and projects, reporting to senior management and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Your role as Quantity Surveyor will include:
* Carrying out site meetings with site staff, clients and internal teams reporting on progress updates and ensuring project programs are followed identifying and reporting on any delays
* Carry out cost forecasts, measurements, variations and other tasks
* Travel to sites as required and be present in the office one day a week.

As Quantity Surveyor you will need:

* Experiences working for a main/tier 1 contractor on commercial builds
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
* Driving Licence and happy to travel to sites where required
