Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to gather information and create accurate and timely quotes for clients.
Utilise our client's CRM system to track and manage quote requests, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align quotes with their needs.
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive quotes that meet industry standards.
Maintain a database of quotes and follow up with clients to secure business opportunities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quoting processes.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
