Our head office is based in central Manchester and is the home to many of our central functions. Due to continued growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for an Quote & Onboarding Administrator to join our brilliant Customer & Operations team.

What will I be doing? 

As a Quote & Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for accurate and timely administration of new business quotes and new policies through our CRM system. You will take responsibility for ensuring that information entered is detailed and accurate, providing enough clarity to ensure that our clients requirements are understood by the rest of the business. 
You will use your fantastic relationship building skills to build rapport with stakeholders including internal sales, planning teams and external parties.  You will also work with our sales team and brokers to seek clarity when information is not available or is unclear and you will take responsibility for achieving a successful conclusion on each case.
As you grow in the role you may take ownership of smaller contracts, conducting key conversations with our customers and brokers directly whilst answering queries and raising questions in relation to the contracts. You may also support our wider business with the on-boarding of large clients to our CRM system, ensuring they have a smooth transition.

What experience do I need?

Our team consists of the best Quote & Onboarding Administrators, we should know, we trained them! You don’t need heaps of experience, just the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do.   
You will offer:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders
  • Great attention to detail - demonstrated through accurate and timely data entry
  • Experience of working with internal and external customers
  • Experience adding data onto computer systems, ideally CRM
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel (desirable)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work
