SalaryAs a member of the UKTL Lab & Test Networks team, you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the UK Telecoms Lab Radio Access Networks. Working along side the Networks and Infrastructure team this person will maintain and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the UKTL Radio Access Networks and related operational processes.
Acting as the first point of contact for RAN and O-RAN technical matters within the team, you’re on hand to ensure the UKTL Radio Access Network capability operates smoothly and to the needs of our customers. You’ll coordinate with the wider network and infrastructure team, as well as key vendors and 3rd party partners ensuring that capabilities and services are always delivered to a consistently high-level.
You’ll help prepare and update technical and operational documentation and ensure they are kept up to date on our document management system. Finally, you’ll take responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the systems and databases – ensuring they are compliant and accurate.
Successful Applicants must be able to commute to the UKTL offices in Solihull, Birmingham with the possibility of hybrid working.
