Radioactive Waste Graduate

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for Radioactive Waste Graduates with an interest in the nuclear or defence sector, to be engaged on a permanent basis in the North West of the UK or the Oxford area.
Skills and qualifications:

• 
  Degree in a physical science OR equivalent training/experience
• 
  Be passionate about pursuing a career in Radioactive Waste management.
• 
  Good technical writing skills.
• 
  Flexible, innovative and keen to develop skills.
• 
  Able to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
• 
  Enthusiasm to apply skills to the solution of real-world problems.
• 
  Candidates should have BPSS or higher security classification or know of no reason why such security clearance would not be attainable.

Key responsibilities:

• 
  Supporting on technical projects, producing high quality deliverables.
• 
  Contribute to problem solving and solutions regarding waste management.
• 
  Effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• 
  Able to use the Microsoft suite (word/ excel etc).
