We have an exciting opportunity to join UKHSA as a Radon Client Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of specific administrative duties, including payment processing, invoice management, data scrutiny and entry, and customer liaison both over the phone and in writing.
In addition, the post holder will have the opportunity to manage a small team and deliver workplace radon services. They will work with minimal supervision and be expected to work flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
The post holder will be responsible for organising and controlling their own workload ensuring deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently. They will also provide cover as directed by line manager for other members of the team in their absence and assist with their workloads as necessary.
This role will be based at our UKHSA Chilton office (Harwell Campus, Didcot, Oxford, OX11 0RQ) there will be potential to work from home 1 day a week following a probationary period.
