Project Manager - Rail Division
We are working with an established international consultancy who work on some of the largest rail & infrastucture projects across the country.
Our client are currently looking for a Project Manager to work closely with a well-known national rail company across the country supporting the Building & Facilities workstream.
The PM will ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering rail schemes (from a client side perspective)
- A good understanding of NEC Project Management
- Understanding of rail terminologies GRIP, & PACE etc.
This position would be supporting the Programme Manager and would be well-suited to a PM who has a track-record managing projects on behalf of consultancy or rail companies directly.
The working arrangements for this role will be completely hybrid, working 2 days from the regional office in Nottingham or Leicester and the rest of the week remotely from home.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ideally degree qualified in relevant subject such as project management, engineering, construction, cost management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
- Resource management experience preferred.
- Control project change, risks, and contingency within the project life cycle.
- CAPEX project experience
- Qualification with APM preferred
- Rail sector experience essential, consultancy/direct Network Rail experience highly preferred.
