Are you a seasoned Rail Systems Assurance Consultant looking to join a dynamic and growing company?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in railway safety to join our expanding team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Systems Assurance and Independent Safety Audit/Advice services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your engineering expertise to influence the design, operation, and maintenance of complex Rail Systems, ensuring technical risk identification, communication, and management.
- Uphold the highest safety standards by providing proportionate and effective safety advice tailored to project complexity.
- Lead and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Contribute to business development activities, exploring new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Safety or Science.
- Proven experience in Systems Assurance delivery.
- Proven knowledge of Rail and International System Safety standards (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129).
- Expertise in Functional Safety (SIL) and Systems Safety methodologies (GSN, hazard logs, HAZOP, FMECA, Bow Tie).
- Demonstrated experience in the railway industry is a plus.

- Ability to develop creative commercial strategies and manage projects effectively.
