Ramp Handler

Position Summary:

Do you want to join an enthusiastic team working environment? Ensuring our aircraft are unloaded safely and efficiently allowing our customers packages to get to them safely and on time.
The role involves loading and unloading FedEx aircrafts and airside vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner following established working practices and procedures.
The operation of ground support equipment will be required (e.g., tugs, belts and Hi- Loaders), therefore a driving license is essential for this role.
You will receive training for any equipment and technology to ensure you are working efficiently, accurately and safely, providing support to your supervisor and team members as required.

We have various shifts available.
Shift pattern A. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 19.30 - 05.45 (2-hour break), Friday 19.30 - 00.00. Saturday Sunday days off.
Shift pattern B. Week 1/2/3 Monday – Thursday 18.30/19.00 - 05.30. Friday Saturday Sunday off. Week 4. Monday to Thursday 19.00 – 05.30. Saturday 14.00 - 21.30. Fri & Sunday off.
Shift Pattern C. Week 1. Monday – Thursday 15.00 – 23.30. Saturday 15.00 – 02.00. Sunday Friday days off. Week 2. Monday 13.30 – 10.30, Tues – Friday 15.00 – 23.30. Saturday Sunday days off. Week 3. Saturday 15.00 – 02.00. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 15.00 – 23.30. Sunday Monday Friday days off.
Week 4. Monday 13.30 – 22.30. Tuesday - Friday 15.00 – 23.30. Saturday Sunday days off.

  Salary: £25,413.79 per annum. (Additional 30% shift pay 22.00 to 06.00).
