- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 3.00 – 4.30pm
- Tuesdays 3.00 – 5.30pm
Salary Scale 2 Points 3-4, £22,737 - £23,114 per annum FTE (Actual salary approx. £4,350 - £4,422)
Our school is a fun, caring and hardworking place to be. We have a fabulous community and many of the pupils use our out of hours club, RASCALS.
We need an enthusiastic playworker who can support our manager in creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children in our after-school club.
You should be able to support the session in terms of delivering play or learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. You should have a knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding. A food hygiene qualification is desirable.
A Level 2 childcare qualification is desirable, or a willingness to undertake the qualification whilst employed. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of humour, be a team player and able to work with children of various ages.
Your working hours are anticipated to be covering after school club from 3.00pm – 4.30pm Monday – Friday *note, until 5.30pm on Tuesdays*
