What will this role achieve?
This is a 12 Month internship for a recent graduate who has studied for a scientific degree.
As an R&D Intern in our Taste Centre of Excellence you will be part of a team that aims to put taste and flavour at the heart of product innovation by connecting culinary arts, consumer insights & science with product design.
Your key responsibility will be to support the technical team and culinary chef in delivering key projects and trend reports and fairs.
What will be your key results?
  • Hands on experience in the kitchen working alongside our culinary, flavour and application specialist to develop winning flavours and seasonings for our products
  • Support development of new flavours and seasonings for sweet and savoury projects
  • Work with technical team, insights and sensory to measure flavour and seasoning attributes in finished product
  • Support compiling trends reports and hosting trend fairs
  • Other activities will include arranging product tastings, ordering samples, liaising with suppliers, attending factory trials
