Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Reach and Wash Window Cleaner on a Permanent basis in and around Houghton Regis.

A bit about the role:

As a Reach and Wash Window Cleaner, you will provide a constantly high level window cleaning service to estates and blocks where Peabody provides Estate Services. This role involves travelling to different locations and therefore flexibility is key to this role.

A company vehicle will be provided for travel to and from these sites.

Some of the key results for the role include:

• Experienced in the use of a Reach and Wash Window cleaning systems, plus traditional window cleaning techniques
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in accordance with local communal window cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Ability to maintain all window cleaning equipment to ensure a consistant service is delivered
• Report equipment defects, vandalism and graffiti, and all communal repairs to the appropriate colleague or contractor.
• Adhere to company health and safety procedures & guidelines and take responsibility for reporting any potential hazards to the appropriate colleage or agency, making safe where appropriate.

This role will require a basic DBS check and a full, clean UK driving licence.
