Reach Truck Driver (Goods In, Full Time)
Summary
GBP12.30 up to GBP15.30 per hour - This isn't 9-5. This is making the most of every day.
Our warehouses never stop running; 24 hours a day, our Warehouse Operatives work a range of shifts to make sure our stores receive the right stock, when they need it. We rely on every single employee in the warehouse to roll up their sleeves and get the job done - from fruit and veg, to meat, poultry, and frozen goods, it's your energy that helps get our 2,000 plus products into the hands of our customers.

We're looking for the right people to join our Lutterworth warehouse team on the following shifts :
Shift Pattern 1: Set days Tuesday to Saturday (06:00pm-03:00am)
Shift Pattern 2: Any 5 days out of 7 (from 10:00am- 02:00pm to 06:00pm - 10:00pm)
You'll have fixed working days and be paid GBP3 extra per hour between 00.00am - 03.30am.
Shift patterns may be subject to change dependant on the needs of the business. This can be
discussed at interview stage.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until August 2025

What you'll do

• Carefully check goods and get them moving into the warehouse
• Move and load all kinds of food and non-food products
• Make sure the stock is processed to the highest standards
• Be happy to work in cold environments
• Keep everything clean and safe

What you'll need

• Experience in a warehouse environment is a big help
• Great maths skills and a keen eye for detail
• To be confident working with moving equipment
• A valid Reach Truck license if you're applying for a Reach Truck role
• Self-motivation, a can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well done

Max. rate includes GBP1.50 extra per hour for hours worked in the freezer and GBP3 extra per hour for hours worked between 00.00 - 05.00.
