**Duration:** 6-month assignment

**Pay Rate:** £16.51 per hour

**Weekly Hours:** 37.5 hours

**Job Description:**

We are looking for two Reach truck, Warehouse / Material Handlers to join our team in Dartford. The ideal candidates will have a Reach Truck license (In house Reach Truck licences must be accredited by AITT) previous warehouse experience, and the ability to work a rotating shift pattern. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. As a Senior Warehouse Operator within the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and exported goods on-site, providing services to internal production and Quality teams in a cGMP environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Handle miscellaneous items as per cGMP and company procedures.
2. Assist the quality department in sampling and labelling incoming materials.
3. Safely move materials to and from various locations using suitable transportation.
4. Prepare finished goods and necessary paperwork for dispatch.
5. Maintain accurate stock records by updating the computer system regularly.
6. Assist in stock checks with the inventory controller.
7. Create and amend SOPs in the Qumas system.
8. Be trained and competent in Trackwise and JDE systems.
9. Ensure warehouse locations are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
10. Drive and operate a forklift truck with safety in mind.
11. Assist in other warehouse operations as required by the Warehouse Operations Manager.

**Requirements:**

- Reach Truck license, if Reach licence is in house must be accredited by AITT.

- Ability to work rotating shift patterns.

- Previous warehouse experience.

- Good to have: Pharmaceutical industry experience.
