Reactive Administrator
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £17k - £25k + Excellent Benefits
Jon Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a well-established and reputable organisation in the field of drainage and plumbing services, offering high-quality solutions to a diverse range of customers.
The Role:
As a Reactive Administrator, you'll assist the office manager by managing the minor works help desk, handling client and staff communications, ensuring timely resolution of uplifts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct administration tasks, such as filing, order processing, and managing deliveries.
- Coordinating the schedules of engineers / sub-contractors, including drainage engineers, electricians, plumbers, and ground-workers.
- Review and proofread engineer reports, updating customers post-completion.
- Cost jobs on CRM systems, ensuring profitable outcomes.
- Generate quotations for follow-on works with necessary support.
- Oversee equipment hire and invoicing after training.
- Ensure completion and satisfaction by reviewing previous day's works and arranging site visits.
- Handle incoming calls and perform receptionist duties.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a ReactiveAdministrator or in a similar role.
- Experience in client service support within a busy office / operational environment in facilities management.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Background in a reactive helpdesk role. (Desirable)
- Valid driving licence.
