Project Manager - Reactive (Urgent repair)

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Company Car & Benefits

I am currently looking for a Project Manager to join a well-established Contractor in the Structure & Civils division. The role with be varied with overseeing the design & build, civils and building refurb projects. This could be masonry repairs to a listed structure i.e bridge or a refurb of toilets in a busy train station. As Reactive PM it will consist of dealing with leading a team and overseeing the delivery of emerging schemes which are usualy urgent. Projects will be usually urgent and can vary from a water leak in a signal box to propping and strengthening a train station platform.

Projects typically range from £1k up to £250k in value depending on the scheme.

Typically the role will be a mix of office and site based but their is the option to work from home 1/2 days per week.

Ideally, looking for a Project Manager who has experience working in the Civils and Rail sector and that has a Personal Track Safety Card.
