Reading Football Club – Matchday Catering Staff (Over 18s only)

Would you like to work amongst the action at Reading FC Stadium? We have match days and weekly conferences and events You could be a part of the exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind delivering expectational events.

Working in one of our customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of food and drink to our guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.

You will be working with chefs, managers, and other Catering Staff effectively to ensure a smooth delivery of service.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with colleagues and being proactive to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service
• Having a good knowledge of the products/services we are offering.

Roles Available - No experience needed:

Retail:

Cashier – You will take orders in a retail bar, therefore need to be able to use a till, they will make transactions and take card payments & serve the drinks.

Pourer – You will be responsible for pouring pints in retail bars.

Roles Available – Experience needed:

Hospitality:

Hospitality Bar – You will need to be able to pour pints of beer, know wine & spirit measures & have a basic knowledge of drinks service.

Waiter – You will be responsible for the tables allocated to you, Taking orders, Serving food and drink, Clearing and taking card payments .

• Must be over the age of 18
