Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and tenants. With an emphasis on effective communication to attract and retain clients.

Understand clients' requirements and preferences and provide a solution tailored to their needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the letting and sales process.

Sign up clients via a letter of engagement and our standard terms and conditions and carry out the necessary KYC and AML checks.

Property Marketing:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial properties to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.

Utilise various marketing channels including online platforms, social media, and industry networks to promote properties effectively.

Deal with the various portals to negotiate best rates and monitor the effectiveness of each channel.

Negotiation and Deal Management:

Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.

Ensure terms and conditions of lease/sale are favourable to clients and compliant with relevant regulations.

Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and due diligence processes to facilitate successful transactions.

Liaise with joint agents, where appropriate, and ensure a good working relationship.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of property listings, client communications, and transaction details.

Prepare reports, presentations, and financial analyses as required.

Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and marketing to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.

Liaise with the property and asset management teams to ensure the strategic aims of our clients are achieved.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ideally Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not essential).

Proven experience as a Commercial Property Agent or similar role in the UK market but other similar experience may be considered.

In-depth knowledge of commercial property laws, regulations, and industry practices or a willingness to undertake training in this area.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant property management software.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings.

Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as needed.

Membership in professional organisations such as RICS or NAEA (desirable but not essential).
