Our client, a TOP 100 UK law firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic team based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide extensive legal support and advice on a wide range of Real Estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property management.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and manage legal documentation processes for Real Estate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Represent our client in negotiations, meetings, and court proceedings, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Continually stay up-to-date with changes in Real Estate legislation, case law, and industry best practises to provide accurate and timely advice.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
