About the Company

Our client is a well-known and truly unique retail business, specialising in luxury fashion and restaurants and making these accessible to everyone. The company now has the need for a Real Estate Lawyer to join its legal team.

The company is based outside central London and the role will really suit an individual who is based in the NW home counties.

The Opportunity

As a Legal Manager at Group level, you will work closely with the retail and brand tenants on the preparation and negotiation of leases, licences and partner agreements. You will establish a good working relationship with the brands and develop a productive and collaborative working relationship.

You will also be involved with the expansion of the site and will, from time to time, cover development, construction and facilities matters.

There will also be the opportunity to take on some general commercial work, giving you the chance to broaden your experience.

The role is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful international retail business and as part of a collegiate and business facing legal team.

About you

Th position will suit a commercially minded and pro-active Real Estate lawyer interested in joining an international and entrepreneurial retail business. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong landlord and tenant experience, sound negotiation skills as well as the ability to see both sides and negotiate collaboratively with key tenants.

The ability to build a strong relationships as well as an awareness of what is required when working with an international brand will also be key.
