Responsibilities
- Provide solid expertise in the field of Real Estate particularly within the student accommodation sector.
- Actively manage relations with institutional investors, pension funds, and corporate occupiers across a range of asset classes including office, retail, and industrial.
- Lead on acquisitions, disposals, development, and day-to-day asset management activities for our investment clients.
- Significant experience in Real Estate law with a particular focus on development, investment, asset management, and student accommodation.
- Proven ability to lead complex transactions and effectively liaise with clients.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attractive Bonus structure: Earn up to 40% bonus, with up to 25% based on hours billed.
