Real Estate Legal Secretary

Our client, a well-respected law firm in Farnborough, are currently looking for a Real Estate Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded team.

The firm has earned a strong reputation in the local area over the years and are now looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Secretary to join them and bolster their team, supporting the Solicitors with administrative tasks as well as taking on some junior fee earning duties under supervision. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.

What does the opportunity consist of?

Due to an internal promotion, this firm are able to offer an opportunity for a Real Estate Legal Secretary to join them and be an integral part of the team. The successful candidate will work alongside fee earners in the department, providing support and dealing with a vast variety of Real Estate matters. This role would suit someone who enjoys the role of a Paralegal and is looking for the next step in their career.

The salary on offer is £25,000-£28,000 per annum. The firm also offers a bonus scheme which could see you earn an additional £1,000-£3,000 per year.

What's needed for me to be considered?

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm as a Legal Secretary, ideally in a Real Estate department
• A law degree is desirable although not essential
• You should have a good client manner and professional tone
• Willingness to learn and motivated to provide excellent communication skills
• Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
