Salary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary within the field of Real Estate Litigation for a top legal 500 in London City.
A minimum of 2 years experience within this field is a must with additional skills to include:
File opening and closing Completion of lease extensions Experience of SDLT and land registry Requisitions Good administrative and time management skills Be a proactive and responsible team member Also have a professional and confident approach to work
You will be supporting two property litigation fee–earners (one partner, one solicitor) & also a commercial litigation/employment partner.
BENEFITS:
Salary is in the region of 34,000 – 37,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension scheme An informal hybrid working arrangements and some remote working may be possible (3 days in–office minimum), on completion of a 3 month probationary period
