I’m going to lead with the negatives: this is not at the top end of market rate for salary, the firm are not too well known outside of London and whilst the workload is challenging, your caseload will not be purely property litigation – you’ll also handle general commercial litigation and occasionally support the non-contentious team.

The firm have an exceptionally low turnover of staff, however those that do move on, often move to a large international practice or join one of their institutional clients in an in-house capacity.
