My client, a full-service UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an LLB/GDL graduate to join them on a permanent basis, working as their new Real Estate & Projects Paralegal in London.
The successful candidate will gain excellent exposure to a broad range of property work in a busy and friendly team. As the successful Real Estate & Projects Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Providing support and assistance to Fee-Earners in relation to Post-Completion and Post-Exchange matters
- Submitting OS2 searches, AP1s and SDLTs when instructed
- Carrying out legal research
- Ensuring timelines and deadlines are met and adhered to
- Coordinate and track completion documents and requisition letters
+ many more.
This role is best suited to someone who has completed their LLB or GDL, IS NOT studying (or has) their LPC or SQE - this is a role for someone who has a few months experience in an Administrative/Legal Assistant/Paralegal setting (ideally within Real Estate) and is looking to gain experience and exposure to working as a Paralegal for a top law firm.
