Salary A well established, leading Law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their fast paced and friendly team. If you have a minimum of 6 months' experience and a strong background in property law, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Real estate property transactions from start to finish.
* Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
* Draft and review legal documents.
* Liaise with clients, agents, and other parties.
* Maintain organized files and stay up-to-date on property law changes.
Requirements:
* 6 months of Property Paralegal experience.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and client service abilities.
Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from £22,000 - £27,000
