The Team
The Real Estate team provides a full range of transactional and advisory Real Estate services - property development, property finance, property investment and corporate Real Estate work.
Their clients are institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals. We are a National leader for wind farm and nuclear energy work.
Key clients include:
John Lewis/Waitrose, UK Atomic Energy Authority, Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, Greater London Authority, Historic England, Virgin, EDP Renewables, St Modwen, the Crown Estate, Transport for London, Skanska, YTL, London & Regional Properties, , Lloyds, HSBC, Welsh Government, Gresham House, Twitter, Church Commissioners, National Trust, EDF.
What you'll need:
- Relevant experience working on high value commercial property transactions, at least 1 years' PQE
- Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
