Real Estate - Associate - Up to £75,000 Salary

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading International law firm which provides high quality legal advice tailored to both businesses and individuals.

The Real Estate practice group ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers for their exceptional International work as well as their stellar reputation among their client base. You will act for a number of FTSE 100 and significant local clients, supporting a variety and full range of Real Estate work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working at a respectable law firm with an established Commercial Real Estate team. They will have broad Real Estate experience.

The successful candidate will have a clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the bests outcome for their clients. A varied caseload with excellent progression opportunities. Comfortable with regular client contact and providing commercial solutions.

The Candidate

• A Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with at least 3-4 years post qualification experience
• Experience with a breadth of Commercial Property work
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
