This Rebates Manager role offers growth and succession planning whilst working closely with the finance team and the wider organisation.
The role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
Key responsibilities include:
- Review of Rebates reconciliations
- Perform quality review on entries posted
- Prepare weekly / monthly management reports relating to Rebates
- Prepare information required for regular Rebates meeting with Head of Rebates, Procurement, and other teams to review Rebates balance sheet including aged items and assign follow up actions and monitor the assigned actions.
- Monitor Rebates related KPI's and SLA's
- Escalate any issues including lack of response, follow up on aged items or increase in aged items in Rebates accrual accounts to Head of Rebates.
- Collaborate with AP team to ensure Credit notes received from Vendors are posted appropriately.
- Collaborate withSales ledger team to ensure appropriate invoices are issued.
The ideal candidate:
- Part qualified / Qualified
- Strong excel skills
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
