Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights Salary: £21,780 + £3,000 Night Shift Allowance Job Description We are currently seeking a Receipt and Despatch Administrator to join our Warehouse team at our Sheffield site. As a Receipt and Despatch Administrator you will be contributing to the success of the site through recording and allocation of all inbound/outbound deliveries to site. Working closely with the Operations team to direct trailers to the right locations efficiently. Job responsibilities of a Receipt and Despatch Administrator include: Ensuring all loads coming on to site are recorded in the internal booking systems Ensuring all departing loads and paperwork are checked before departure Updating WMS systems with an accurate information for both Inbound & outbound Clear communication with the warehouse operational team on allocation of inbound/outbound deliveries Liaising with Management team to ensure site security policies are up to date Completing necessary safety checks on vehicles Filing of paperwork whist adhering to GDPR processes Qualifications As a Receipt and Despatch Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications: Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player Good communication skills Being a quick learner Good time management High level of flexibility, commitment and motivation - Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. Able to organise & prioritise their workload. Good PC skills and Knowledge of MS packages is essential.
