A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join BEAR Scotland as a Reception Administrator.

Based in South Queensferry and reporting into the Finance Services Manager, the Reception Administrator will be the first point of contact for all queries and visitors to BEAR Scotland. Duties will include answering phone calls, transferring calls, taking messages, and undertaking finance administrative tasks.

The South Queensferry office is the main office for our South East operations, with fantastic views over the bridges.

This is a full time, office based role.

Role includes:

  • Welcoming all visitors to South Queensferry, ensuring all visitors receive a friendly welcome
  • Answering the central telephone promptly and efficiently
  • Transferring calls to appropriate person
  • Taking messages
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Administrative tasks for Finance Services function
  • Carry out any additional duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Articulate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook
  • Well presented
  • Adaptable
