We are seeking a personable and efficient Administrator/Receptionist to join a friendly team in a great office environment with free parking. This part-time role offers immediate start and has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide a warm welcome as front of house, meeting and greeting visitors.
- Prepare refreshments such as tea and coffee for guests.
- Manage the booking of various meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Sort and distribute post.
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and emailing.
- Create and manage purchase orders for certain departments.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good sense of humour and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
